- March 13, 2010 - The Grinds of March benefit for the Ann Arbor Skatepark featuring pro skaters including Andy Macdonald and Garold Vallie. Over 700 people attend
- October 18, 2009 - Wally Hollyday hosts first of two public workshops for the public to have their say in the design of the skatepark
- October 3, 2009 - FOTAAS invites the public on a "field trip" to Riley Skatepark. City Staff, City Council members, PAC members and members of the public hop on the BTB Party bus and head to Farmington Hills
- September 26, 2009 - FOTAAS crew heads to Riley Skatepark in Farmington Hills to show support for public skateparks by cleaning the park and helping with the local contest held there
- June 19, 2009 - Skate Art Show art moves to exhibit at the Ann Arbor Art Center for two weeks
- May 15, 2009 - Over 400 people show up to Ann Arbor Skatepark Benefit Art Show hosted by Vault of Midnight. It raises $9,000
- April 29, 2009 - Ann Arbor Skatepark team wins AAPS Charity Fitness Challenge

- February 2, 2009 - Ann Arbor News endorses the Ann Arbor Skatepark, saying, "This is a creative, energetic group. It would have been very easy for them to give up, but they've found ways to move forward. We'll enjoy watching them succeed."
- January 19, 2009 - Design/Build and Endowment funds formed at the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation
- December 1, 2008 - Ann Arbor City Council unanimously approves MOI naming Veterans Memorial Park as the location for the skatepark
- November 20, 2008 - Holiday party honoring those who helped to get us so far
- November 18, 2008 - Ann Arbor Park Advisory Commission unanimously approves MOI between City and FOTAAS
- September 20, 2008 - Third and final skate jam of 2008, over 100 skaters in attendance along with dozens of spectators
- August 31, 2008 - Second skate jam of 2008, about 100 skaters and dozens of spectators in attendance
